The resort was developed ten years ago. Originally, it was only the place for family recreation. Trees, Plants, and Pets were allowed to live together in this place. Happiness was all around. The time passed year by year, all plans growed and the place become beautiful and peaceful. Accordingly, the concept to share this enjoyable feeling to others was created.

         In 2000, the Windmill Country Resort allowed all traveller who love peace and nature to visit. Our return - guest  increases every years, although our resort may not fully facilitated like other luxury resorts in Chiangmai. All our guests love the way we treat them like our family member. As a result, our guests choose to stay with us for their holiday when they visit Chiangmai. One of the reasons they choose to visit us because they can feel warm like they stay in their own resort surrounding with their friends and family.

     The location

         The Windmill Country Resort is at km#38 iin Amphur Doi-Saket, the nearest way to go to Chiangrai. It located in the midst of valley and real nature. There is a lovely stream run through the resort creating the sound like a amusing music. Hanging bridge and water fall are also the attractive points. By car, it takes 20-30 minutes from Chiangmai city to reach the resort. And if you drive from Bangkok, you can easily notice the street sign indicated the way to Chiangrai at the intersection of the Chiangmai juvenile court.
